The session is conducted by a trained therapist who takes your case history, followed by a thorough explanation of the procedure. During the session, a disposable speculum is gently inserted into the rectum, through which warm, filtered water is slowly passed into the colon. This helps impacted waste products pass through a transparent tube.

Throughout the process, you receive an abdominal massage to help increase peristalsis — the muscular action of the colon that moves waste through the system. This also helps dislodge toxic waste matter adhering to the walls of the colon and assists in moving gas through.

Before Your Session

We recommend refraining from consuming food for 2–3 hours and water for 1 hour prior to treatment. However, staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eating raw vegetables beforehand is beneficial.

If possible, avoid processed foods, bread, alcohol, coffee, and refined sugars for a few days leading up to your colonic treatment.

Booking Policy

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Use the reschedule button in your booking email or contact us directly.

Lateness:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will cut into your appointment time and result in an additional ₦10,000 charge deducted from your deposit. Anything after 30 minutes is considered a no-show.

Cancellation:

Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment online. Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a ₦10,000 fee.

No-Show:

Failure to attend without prior notice results in no refund.

Emergencies:

Contact us as soon as possible. Emergency consideration is at the sole discretion of Je Suis Lagos.
