How to Book
- Bookings must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance
- You can book up to 60 days ahead
- Same-day appointments are not available online — please call in or walk in. Contact: 08149474894
- Advance payment is required after booking confirmation
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (deposit rates: ₦10,000 – ₦15,000 depending on service)
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations
- Same-day cancellations will attract an additional ₦5,000 deduction from your deposit
Lateness Policy
- Every client is given a 2-hour window for their appointment
- No-shows will forfeit the initial deposit
- Arriving more than 1 hour late will attract an additional lateness fee added to your appointment cost
Other Policies
- Please arrive at your lash or brow appointment with no makeup on
- Any issues with excessive lash shedding must be reported within 3 days of your appointment
- Refills are recommended 3 weeks after installation and are charged at 60% of the initial service price
