What is the minimum stay?
- The minimum stay is 2/3 nights depending on the apartment
Can I book for one night?
- No, we do not accept one night bookings
What is the check in and Check out Time:
- Check-in Time is from 2/3 pm
- Check out Time is on or before 12pm
Is there a discount for long stays?
- Discount applies from 2 weeks to One Month bookings and above
What is the location and features of this apartment?
- Location landmarks and Features of the apartments are written and stated clearly in the captions / Descriptions
What’s the Purpose of Caution Fee?
- Caution Fee is Mandatory to guide clients on good conducts in the apartment and to cover for any unforeseen damages incurred
When will I get my caution fee back?
- Caution Refunds are sent within 24-48 hrs after check out and inventory is done
Can I inspect the apartment?
- The Apartments are already verified and vetted by the team, also walkthrough videos have been uploaded on the page for virtual viewing as the apartments are not readily available for physical inspections.
Do you accept Shoots, Parties or Get together?
- No, we do not accept Shoots, parties / get together in our apartments. They are strictly for normal stays only
Do you accept Proposals / Surprise set up?
- Special requests like this must be mentioned before booking because not all apartments accept Flowers / Balloon set-ups in them. Altering or movement of furnitures in the apartment are prohibited
What is the maximum guest allowed in an apartment?
- 1 Bedroom (Max of 2 guests)
- 2 Bedrooms (Max of 4 guests)
- 3 Bedrooms (Max of 6 guests)
- 4 Bedrooms (Max of 8 guests)
- 5 Bedrooms (Max of 10 guests)
- 6 Bedrooms (Max of 12 guests) And the likes…
Can I have visitors during my stay?
- Yes, you can have people visit you and leave afterwards, but kindly confirm the max amount of visitors you can have at a time before proceeding
Can I make a deposit for my 5 days booking?
- Full Payment is required to secure your full dates, you can only deposit 60% for bookings from 2 weeks & above but note you are advised to pay in full in other to avoid someone else booking the reminder dates
