Studio policies

The house rules that keep every appointment running on time.

Lateness
  • Every appointment has a 20-minute grace period.
  • After 20 minutes, a ₦15,000 lateness fee applies to keep or reschedule your slot.
  • More than 1 hour late and the appointment is cancelled, so other clients are not pushed back.
  • Wearing lash extensions and need removal? Say so at booking and arrive 30 minutes early.
Rescheduling

Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Outside opening hours

Appointments booked outside our regular opening or closing hours attract an additional ₦30,000 fee. This covers urgent appointments requested outside scheduled working hours.

How to come prepared
  • No makeup: no eyeliner, mascara, strip lash or residue, or eye makeup of any kind.
  • Hair packed up or in a low ponytail will keep you comfortable through the appointment.
Aftercare window

You have 2 days after your appointment to raise any concern — we are always happy to look into it. After that window, concerns are treated as a result of aftercare.

In the studio
  • One guest per client, so the space stays comfortable and organised.
  • No children — the studio is not child-friendly with working tools and equipment around.
  • No smoking.
Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Please be sure of your booking before you pay.
