Note: If payment is not made within 20 minutes, kindly reconfirm that your slot is still available before paying, as other clients may also be booking.

Please call ahead if you'll be running late.

More than 30 minutes late equals appointment canceled.

To keep your slot after 30 minutes, a ₦5,000 lateness fee will apply.

Emergency and same-day appointments attract an additional ₦5,000 fee.

There is a 48 hours window after your appointment to raise any concerns or issues. After this period, complaints will be classified as poor aftercare.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice before rescheduling. You may reschedule only once within the same month before a new deposit is required.

To maintain a comfortable and organized space, only one guest is allowed per client.

No children allowed.

By booking with Flutter Fleek, you automatically consent to the use of photos/videos of your brows, lashes, or related services for promotional purposes on our social media pages and marketing materials. We focus on the treated areas (brows/lashes) only. If you do not wish for your images to be used, kindly inform us before your session begins. No financial compensation will be provided for the use of images.
