Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Appointments are only confirmed after payment and proof of payment have been received.

Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. Late arrivals may be rescheduled or have their service adjusted.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid immediately after service.

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before your appointment.

Hair extensions, wigs, lashes, beads, accessories, piercing jewelry, and other materials are not included unless stated otherwise.

Kindly notify us if you do not wish to appear in photos or videos used for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
