Booking Policy

1. 1. Walk-ins are strictly by appointment only. Only one guest allowed, no kids.
2. 2. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full balance is due on the day, before service begins.
3. 3. A 30-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Lateness over 30 minutes attracts an additional fee of ₦10,000.
4. 4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your booking.
5. 5. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 48 hours' notice.
6. 6. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit.
7. 7. Gèlé tying is not included. An in-house gèlé artist is recommended at extra cost, or other vendors if required.
8. 8. Bridal and group bookings must be made 6–8 weeks in advance with an 80% non-refundable deposit.
9. 9. Kindly disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities at the time of booking.
10. 10. We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Rude or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of service without refund.
11. 11. Photos and videos may be taken for social media purposes. If you do not wish to be posted, kindly state this clearly at booking.
12. 12. Early bookings (non-bridal) before 6AM attract an additional fee of ₦5,000.
