Appointments & Booking
- All sessions are confirmed only after payment.
- Bookings are scheduled based on availability and must be made in advance.
Consultation Services
- Skin consultations and project consultations are time-based and structured.
- Clients are expected to be available and ready at the scheduled time.
- Late attendance may shorten the session duration.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before may not be accommodated.
Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable.
- However, rescheduling may be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe.
Project Consultation Requirement
- All brand, clinic and spa creation services require a paid project consultation before full engagement.
- This session provides clarity, direction and determines the scope of the project.
Customized Service
- All services are tailored to each client’s needs.
- Final pricing and scope of work are defined after consultation or review of requirements.
Client Responsibility
- Clients are expected to provide accurate information and be clear about their needs to ensure effective service delivery.
Communication
- All communication and follow-ups are handled professionally, in a timely manner.
