BOOKING POLICY

Please review the policies below before booking. These guidelines help ensure smooth scheduling, clear expectations, and professional service delivery.

Appointments & Booking

  • All sessions are confirmed only after payment.
  • Bookings are scheduled based on availability and must be made in advance.

Consultation Services

  • Skin consultations and project consultations are time-based and structured.
  • Clients are expected to be available and ready at the scheduled time.
  • Late attendance may shorten the session duration.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before may not be accommodated.

Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable.
  • However, rescheduling may be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe.

Project Consultation Requirement

  • All brand, clinic and spa creation services require a paid project consultation before full engagement.
  • This session provides clarity, direction and determines the scope of the project.

Customized Service

  • All services are tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Final pricing and scope of work are defined after consultation or review of requirements.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients are expected to provide accurate information and be clear about their needs to ensure effective service delivery.

Communication

  • All communication and follow-ups are handled professionally, in a timely manner.
