What we do
Every service here answers the same question: what should this room actually be like to live in?
Design
Interior & exterior design
We plan the whole envelope — how you move through the space, where the light lands, what each wall is asked to do — before anything gets picked out. Layout first, finishes second. That order is why the rooms work.
Residential and commercial, new builds and refits. Interiors cover living, dining, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, receptions and retail floors. Exteriors cover the face of the building, the terrace, the compound and the lighting that ties them together after dark.
Visualisation
3D visualisation
See the room before you spend on it. We model the space to scale and render it with the real finishes, the real furniture and the light your windows actually get, so approving a design stops being a leap of faith.
It is also the cheapest place to change your mind. Moving a wall in the model costs an afternoon; moving it on site costs a fortnight.
Advisory
Design consultation
For the projects that do not need a full design — they need a decision. An hour with someone who has specified these finishes a hundred times will save you from the tile you would have regretted in a year.
Come with a floor plan, a Pinterest board, a half-finished build or nothing but the keys. We will tell you what is worth the money, what is not, and what order to do it in.
Pieces
Decorative items
The last ten percent that makes a room look finished instead of merely furnished. Vases, sculptural pieces, mirrors, wall art, planters, throws, rugs, table styling and the lamps that set the mood after six.
Pieces are chosen against your scheme, not off a trend list — correct scale, correct height, correct tone. We can supply and style them, or simply hand you the list.
