Event Management & Planning — the terms that protect your celebration and our craft.
Please review these terms carefully. By engaging The Event Space, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. They exist to ensure a seamless, professional, and joyful experience for every client.
An 80% deposit is required for event planning to commence.
Transportation and accommodation are not included in the total budget. The client is responsible for these arrangements for me and my team.
Deposits are non-refundable, but bookings may be rescheduled to another available date. You may also have my assistant oversee the event and manage everything on your behalf.
The remaining balance must be paid 1–2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Late-night calls are only permitted for matters requiring urgent attention.
No vendors may be changed without prior notice to the planner.
The full wedding budget must be paid into my business account for proper allocation to agreed vendors.
Clients are allowed a maximum of three changes to décor or vendors.
I reserve the right to withhold services or refunds if a client exerts unnecessary pressure, behaves disruptively, or demonstrates a lack of trust.
If a client does not trust my expertise, they should not hire me as their event planner.
If permitted, I will style both of the couple's pre-wedding looks; however, I will not be present during the shoot. If my presence is required, an additional fee of ₦150,000 applies for locations outside Minna, and ₦50,000 within Minna.
By engaging the services of The Event Space, clients acknowledge and agree that they are contracting with the company as a whole, not a specific individual. The Event Space reserves the right to assign any qualified personnel to fulfil the contracted services during the pre-wedding and event period.
