Late Policy

Grace period of 10 minutes.

₦5,000 late fee for 20 minutes late.

20+ minutes late = appointment automatically cancelled.

Payment will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Same-day cancellations = loss of payment.

You may reschedule once if done 24 hours before your appointment.

Less than 24 hours = new full payment required.

No call, no show = banned from future bookings.

Or required to pay full amount upfront for future services.

No guests allowed.

Failure to follow prep rules may affect your results.

Refills must be within 2–3 weeks.

Beyond that = charged as a full set.

We do not refill or work on someone else's work.
