To get the most out of your session, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. If you're running late, we may need to shorten your treatment, charge a late fee, or reschedule your visit.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will unfortunately invalidate your booking deposit, and a new one will be required to schedule a new time.

We require a ₦10,000 non-refundable deposit to book your session. To ensure you get your preferred date and time, please complete your deposit — slots cannot be held without confirmation.

For peace of mind, we kindly ask that you keep your valuables at home. Please note that Urban Aura is not liable for any lost or missing items during your visit.

For your protection, please notify our practitioners of any underlying pathologies, ongoing prescriptions, maternal statuses, or hypersensitivities ahead of your procedure.

All payments are strictly non-refundable. However, clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment a single time, provided the required advance notice is given.

To preserve a serene and relaxing atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask that you limit company to one additional person. We also maintain a strict no-pets policy.

Urban Aura does not offer, under any circumstances, 'happy endings' or any non-therapeutic services. All treatments are strictly professional.

Complimentary offerings are strictly for clients only. Guests or children not being attended to are not entitled to complimentary items.
