At Flinxy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel and request a refund within 14 days of completing your transaction.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day your purchase was completed. To meet the deadline, simply contact us before the 14-day period ends to let us know that you wish to cancel.


How to Request a Refund

  • Proof of payment or transaction ID, and
  • A short message stating that you wish to cancel or request a refund.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and, if eligible, process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The 14-day refund window has passed,
  • You have already used or benefited significantly from the product, or
  • The product or service has been delivered exactly as described.
